Sales agreement concluded under the terms of a public offer

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer by the «Glamurni Shtuchky» online store (glamyrs.com) to conclude a sales agreement on the terms set out below.
Placing an order on the website constitutes the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.
The version of the offer published on this page at the time the order is placed is the one in force.

The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer's ownership the goods — children's clothing and accessories, including custom-made items — and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them.
Product images on the website are illustrative: the fabric shade may differ slightly depending on screen settings.
Items made to the Buyer's individual measurements or requests enter production after the order is confirmed.

Orders are placed via the shopping cart on the website or through agreed communication channels: phone, Viber, Telegram, Instagram.
After the order is placed, a manager contacts the Buyer to confirm its contents, size, price and production time.
The order is deemed confirmed once all material terms have been agreed with the Buyer.

Prices on the website are stated in Ukrainian hryvnia (₴) and include taxes and duties provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
Payment is made by bank transfer to the sole proprietor's (ФОП) account, including via the LiqPay payment service.
The cost of additional options (for example, a headband wreath or a bow) is added to the price of the item and is shown in the cart before checkout.
The price is deemed agreed by the parties at the moment the order is confirmed.

Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine by delivery services agreed with the Buyer.
Delivery cost is determined by the carrier's tariffs and is agreed with the Buyer when the order is confirmed.
Production time for custom-made items is agreed with the Buyer separately.
Pickup is available from the showroom at: 21 Hrushevskoho St., Brovary.
Orders of 6000 ₴ or more are delivered free of charge.

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods have not been used and their presentation, consumer properties, seals and labels have been preserved (Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights»).
Items made to individual order — to the Buyer's own measurements or requests — are not subject to return or exchange as goods of proper quality.
If defects are found, the Buyer has the right to demand their remedy, an exchange, or a refund in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
Refunds are issued using the same method as the original payment, within the period established by the legislation of Ukraine.

By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data (name, phone number, delivery address) for the purpose of fulfilling the order in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection».
Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except to delivery services and payment providers, to the extent necessary to fulfil the order.

The Seller is not liable for improper use or care of the goods by the Buyer.
The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by the delivery service.
The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure.
